AARON L. MARTIN

Aaron L. Martin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Westminster College in 1999. Aaron then returned home to Fayetteville and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas in 2002. Aaron passed the Arkansas Bar the same year. Aaron has been with the Martin Law Firm since its inception and is now a partner in the firm.
Aaron is licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas as well the Western and Eastern District Courts. Aaron is also licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal District Court has presented oral arguments before the Court in Washington DC.
Aaron’s practice is focused on personal injury, workers compensation, social security disability, labor and employment law. Aaron also represents several State and Federal Unions in Arbitration, cases before the Merit System Protection Board, and the National Labor Relations Board. Aaron also has the sincere honor as designated counsel for the Arkansas Professional Fire-Fighters Association https://sitefinity.uniontrack.com/ar and has represented the APFF, IAFF Locals and their members across the State of Arkansas.
Aaron was born and raised in Fayetteville and lives there now with his wife Christina and their son Henry. Aaron chose to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a lawyer to fight injustice and help those in need.
